This Retreat Day is centered around the theme of the Siren: the temptress, the myth… a symbol of intuition, emotional depth, self-expression, and feminine power. Together, we’ll explore the waters within: our intuition, creativity, desire and strength.
We begin with a nourishing yoga session and meditation inspired by the water element. Through mindful movement and guided reflection, you'll be invited to soften, flow, and reconnect with your inner world. After this, we activate our siren voices together through song and vocal activation exercises.
After our practice, we gather at the studio for an ocean-inspired lunch buffet filled with healthy snacks, refreshing drinks, and sea-themed delights. Over tea and deep guided journaling prompts, you'll have space to reflect, dream, and listen to the quiet wisdom beneath the surface.
Later, in a whimsical crafting session, you'll create your own magical keepsake to take home from real sea shells.
