A Berry Beautiful Day — June Mini Retreat Day

An afternoon filled with movement, inspiration, creativity and vibrant connection to yourself and each other.

This Retreat Day is centered around the theme of reaping the fruits of your labour; a gentle celebration of the seeds you’ve planted, the growth you’ve nurtured and the beauty of allowing yourself to continue growing in your own time.

We begin outdoors with an energizing yoga session, breathwork and meditation to awaken the body, spark creativity and reconnect to a sense of vitality from within. After a chatty ✨hot girl walk✨ together to the studio, we gather around a colorful snack buffet filled with nourishing treats, berries, jams and seasonal delights.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll move through playful and grounding rituals designed to inspire reflection and joy; from painting your own plant pot to guided journaling over tea, taste testing everyone’s favourite jams together (bring your own!) and sharing heartfelt conversations.
