Step into serenity with our evening sessions, guided by our experienced teachers Samara and Sophie. Three evenings and one morning a week, you're invited to relax, recharge, and reconnect in our peaceful Japandi-style room—a harmonious space where simplicity meets calm.
Join us for an hour of mindful movement that blends the strength and precision of Pilates with the flow and grounding of yoga. Through deep breathing, gentle stretching, and focused core work, you'll leave each session feeling balanced in body and mind. Your evening ritual of peace begins here.


Samara (Yoga & Meditation)
Sophie (Pilates)
Our Yoga and Meditation Classes are taught by Samara. She has been practicing Yoga since age 15, and finally decided to follow her passion to become a certified Yoga Instructor herself in 2024. Since getting her YTT200 Yoga Teacher Education in with La Casa Shambala, she has now been teaching in various studios every week.
At Moon Studios, she will be stepping on the mat with you every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and guiding you through Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation practices. In her classes, she strives to empower you to strengthen your inner compass and deepen your practice so you can harvest all the benefits of Yoga for yourself. Expect to leave class with a calmer, clearer head, a blissfully relaxed body, and an inspired mood.
Sophie completed her mat training at Studio Bondi in The Hague and is currently continuing her education at the Pilates Academy to become a certified Reformer Pilates instructor.
She is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and more at ease through movement. In her classes, you can expect a mix of dynamic flows and deep core work, always with a strong focus on posture, breath, and control. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I aim to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and challenged in just the right way.
Her goal is for you to leave class feeling energized, lengthened, and more aligned both physically and mentally.
