Blooming — April Mini Retreat Day

 

An afternoon to gently reconnect, reset, and step into a new season with intention.

 

This April, our Mini Retreat Day is centered around the theme of Blooming—a soft invitation to come back to yourself, nurture what’s ready to grow, and create space for new energy in your life.

 

We begin in an intimate circle with a tea ceremony and introduction, followed by an energizing yoga flow to awaken the body. After a short break, we open the space to additional participants and move into breathwork and meditation, allowing for deeper reflection, release. and new inspiration.

 

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll have quiet moments for journaling and integration, as well as time to connect over snacks and drinks. We close the day with a creative bouquet-making ritual, where you’ll craft your own arrangement to take home as a symbol of your personal blooming.

Samara (Yoga & Meditation)
Natalie (Pilates)

Our Yoga and Meditation Classes are taught by Samara. She has been practicing Yoga since age 15, and finally decided to follow her passion to become a certified Yoga Instructor herself in 2024. Since getting her YTT200 Yoga Teacher Education in with La Casa Shambala, she has now been teaching in various studios every week.

At MOON Studios, she will be stepping on the mat with you every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and guiding you through Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation practices. In her classes, she strives to empower you to strengthen your inner compass and deepen your practice so you can harvest all the benefits of Yoga for yourself. Expect to leave class with a calmer, clearer head, a blissfully relaxed body, and an inspired mood.

Natalie completed her STOTT Pilates certification through a studio she trained with in Cape Town and is qualified to teach mat pilates from Essential to Advanced levels. Her main focus in class is clear alignment, safe and intentional movement, and helping clients find a deeper mind–body connection.

She aims to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel comfortable, confident, and able to notice steady, meaningful progress in their practice.
