Ready to feel like a GODDESS?
This Retreat Day is centered around the theme of the light and dark sides of goddesses; a profound look into the myths surrounding Athena and Medusa as examples of powerful female archetypes. We will explore their archetypal aspects within ourselves to learn and grow from them… so you can step into the goddess you are meant to be.
We begin with an energizing yoga session to awaken the body, meditation to clear the mind and Breathwork with vocal activations to awaken your expression and courage.
Next, we gather around a colorful buffet filled with nourishing treats and seasonal delights inspired by Greek mythology.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll move through rituals designed to inspire your inner power; writing your own goddess myth, painting your own goddess portrait, journaling over tea and sharing empowering conversations with fellow women.
